About PWWSD: Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development (PWWSD) is a Palestinian feminist civil society organization whose work began in 1981 with a focus on organizing working women and promoting their rights. Its work later expanded to include women across different sectors and areas of Palestine. PWWSD was officially registered with the Palestinian Ministry of Interior in 2000 under registration number RA/279/C.

PWWSD adopts a rights-based approach to advancing gender equality and women’s participation in public life and decision-making. Its work includes women’s economic empowerment, psychosocial support, combating gender-based violence, community organizing, and advocacy for women’s rights.

About the Project: The project “Strengthen Local CSOs to Provide Protection Services to Women and GBV Survivors in Palestine,” implemented through the fund of NDC, aims to improve the well-being, protection, and resilience of vulnerable women and survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) across four governorates in the West Bank through a comprehensive, community-based approach grounded in human rights and women’s empowerment. The project seeks to expand access to accessible, culturally responsive, and sustainable protection and support services, particularly for women and girls living in rural areas and refugee camps where essential services remain limited.

In parallel, the project aims to strengthen the institutional and operational capacity of PWWSD as a local civil society organization (CSO), enabling it to deliver effective, coordinated, and multi-sectoral interventions and sustain community-based support mechanisms beyond the project’s duration. Through the provision of integrated psychosocial, legal, health, and advocacy services, the project will address immediate protection needs while promoting community awareness, social resilience, and the long-term safety and empowerment of women and girls.

To this end, and within the efforts to draw attention to women’s rights to life free of GBV and the right to enjoy well-being, the organization invites Satellite Channels that have offices in Palestine to submit price quotations for the following task:

Produce and Broadcast  Six TV episodes (shows) addressing GBV in Palestine and the challenges women face in achieving well-being. The proposed shows will take the form of panel discussions, hosting two to three speakers per show; PWWSD will identify the guests, and the contracted channel will coordinate with speakers and schedule the show. The estimated time for each show is 30 minutes.

Commitments of the Contracted Channel:

• Provide a moderator for each show and discuss the questions with PWWSD ahead of time.
• Advertise the show through a promo at least three times before the broadcast time
• Broadcast the show at a time that the channel considers among the times it records high viewership.
• Provide PWWSD with the show recorded on a flash memory.
• The episodes are considered property of PWWSD, and it keeps the right to broadcast them through other channels (including its social media platforms) without prior approval from the contracted channel.

Commitments of PWWSD:

• Provide the contracted channel with the topics to be covered in the shows and the names of the speakers and contact details.
• Give feedback on the proposed questions within one working day after they are submitted by the channel.
• Identify a focal point to follow up with the channel and respond to any inquiries immediately.
• Prices should include tax

Taxes and Financial Obligations:

• The proposed financial offer shall be submitted in Dollar and shall include all applicable costs.
• A 10% income tax will be deducted from the total contract amount unless a valid deduction at source certificate is provided.

General Condition:

The contracted channel should commit to PWWSD policies regarding Safeguarding and PSEA, as well as the gender equality policy. The policies can be downloaded from PWWSD website or requested via email at: admin@pwwsd.org
