In the context of the so-called "Deal of the Century", the Trump administration has taken measures in support of Israeli colonization and further perpetuating the occupation's violations against Palestinian people. In this position paper, PWWSD analyzes these policies and provides an account of their impact on the Palestinians and their protected rights under international law and human rights law.
